KV AMC SECOND SHIFT (KVS RO : LUCKNOW)

As a result of the second pay commission’s recommendation Govt. of india decided to establish Kendriya Vidyalayas (Central Schools).These Vidyalayas are run by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan(Central School organisation)sponsored by the Education Ministry with the sole object of providing education facilities to the children of defence personnel , central Govt.employees and employees of autonomous bodies who are liable to be transferred from one state to another.

The Vidyalaya is situated in peaceful and pollution free lap of nature in the area of Lucknow Cantt. The Vidyalaya runs in a magnificent double storied building with well-furnished big class rooms and separate rooms for Art, Library, Work Education, Music, Yoga, Scout & Guide, Hindi room and Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths, Junior Science Lab and Computer Labs. The Vidyalaya privileges of having a team of support staff learned and experienced teachers, Headmaster/Headmistress, Vice-Principal and a Principal truly dedicated to their calling. AMC Commandant is the Chairman of Vidyalaya Management Committee. It is run by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous organisation under the Education Ministry, Govt. of India.
